My experience of Isaac (Roofflex ltd) was that he was polite and professional, firstly in how he conducted the inspection of my roof (taking pictures) and then (secondly) explaining to me what the damage was and how it could be repaired. Isaac was meticulous in his examination of the roof and in the pricing estimate he provided. The work was carried out as per the date and schedule agreed. Some additional work to be carried out - further grading to follow in a few weeks.

Isaac was fantastic, we are new home owners and he explained everything in detail and gave different options. The work was completed very efficiently and effectively - we are really pleased with the results. Isaac was very professional and happy to answer any questions we had. After brilliantly fixing storm damage a few weeks ago, Isaac’s team came out and replaced all our ridge tiles. The guys worked hard, were great to deal with and tidied up everything at the end of the job. Definitely recommend.
